Handpicked olives are preserved naturally in salt and water, pastas made only with superior hard durum wheat flour are the best artisan-produced pastas brought into New Zealand, sun-dried tomatoes are hand-picked and cut then dried in the warm southern Italian sun. “As for my truffle products, well, truffles are aphrodisiacal so enjoy!” Truffle oils are synthetic and not made of real truffle, all my truffle products are made with real white truffles, summer truffles, or bianchetto Italian truffles including the famous to New Zealand: TLC: Truffled Lard Cream.
